Practice and Approach

If you struggle with a complicated relationship with food—whether through restriction, bingeing, or constant stress about eating—you may feel frustrated and overwhelmed. For more than 20 years, I’ve walked alongside people just like you who want freedom from food rules, guilt, and shame. What you really want is peace: to feel confident eating without second-guessing, to trust your body, and to focus on living your life rather than battling your plate. Your goal may be better health, but also to rebuild confidence, self-compassion, and balance in a way that lasts.

With two decades of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I specialize in eating disorder care and disordered eating recovery. I provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling that helps you normalize eating, reduce food anxiety, and heal your relationship with food and your body in a sustainable, supportive way.

I know recovery can feel overwhelming, especially if food has felt like the enemy for years. You don’t have to do this alone. With 20 years of experience helping people reclaim peace with food, I’ll support you with empathy and proven strategies. If you’re ready to take that next step, I’d be honored to walk with you. Schedule now via my website.

My Clients

If you are looking for a compassionate professional who can help you achieve true recovery from disordered eating, we are a fit. I use a non-diet, supportive approach combined with evidence-based medical nutrition therapy. Your experience will be collaborative and compassionate—you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space to explore food challenges, gain practical tools, and build trust in your body while making steady progress toward recovery.
