Practice and Approach

I specialize in helping athletes heal their relationship with food while fueling for both health and performance. I work with athletes experiencing eating disorders and relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S), and my approach is rooted in compassion, flexibility, and evidence-based eating disorder recovery and sports nutrition.

I guide athletes in learning to trust their bodies, rebuild confidence in their eating patterns, and discover what balanced, sustainable fueling looks like for them, using the principles of intuitive eating and weight inclusivity. I aim help athletes understand how to honor hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues while also meeting the energy demands of training, competition, and recovery.

My Clients

I treat clients of all ages and genders. I specialize in treating athletes/active individuals, but welcome clients of all activity levels.
