I am warm and supportive, and my counseling style combines techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, and compassion focused therapy. I enjoy having meaningful, genuine conversations and always open to processing whatever is on a client’s mind and will try to meet them where they are at.
I work with people who are having concerns with eating, body image, anxiety, depression, life transitions, general life stress and overwhelm. I have a history of working in an OB/GYN clinic with postpartum and pregnant people.
