I work with adolescents and adults who feel stuck in patterns with food, body image, and self-worth that make it hard to feel good about themselves or connected to others. You might feel unsure about reaching out, wondering if you are “sick enough” to need help. I want you to know you deserve support now. I offer a space where you’ll be seen, heard, and supported in moving toward lasting recovery. My clients often share that they feel less anxious, more joyful, and more aligned with their values after our work together.

Practice and Approach

I offer personalized, evidence-based treatment for adolescents and adults who are seeking an initial assessment, have tried multiple treatment options, or want to strengthen their recovery. Each person I work with brings their own story, background, and experience, and this influences how and what treatments might be most helpful to you.

As someone who has focused on this specialty for a long time, I know how complicated it can be to navigate all the moving parts of this process. I’m more than happy to assist with, or even take charge on, building a team of professionals (dieticians, psychiatrists, physicians, etc.) that will ensure this process goes as smoothly as possible. I want to be your advocate and ally, and help you any way I can.

I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and have authority to practice in most states through PsyPact, which is especially helpful for continuation of care for young adults as they move for college, new jobs, etc.

My Clients

Eating disorders can impact anyone. I create a safe, inclusive environment, working with people of all genders, races, and body sizes, and will never make assumptions about you based on the way you look.

While I primarily work with adolescents and young adults with eating disorders, I often work with parents on early identification and recovery support, and treat several related concerns such as OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, low self-worth, and identity development.
